Egyptian Refinery Company(ERC) Project

6 blast proof Substations (3-4 stories) designed with RC structures / Shallow foundation.
The project is to provide Oil Refinery within Mostorod Petroleum Area and built on a total area of 300,000 m2. The project is made of more than 70,000 tons of steel structure and more than 300,000 cubic meters of reinforce concrete. Designs Review and Modification were conducted for all Process Units of the Refinery project including water treatment plant and utility and service buildings.
The review and modification have been performed for Architecture, Civil, Steel Structure and Geotechnical engineering works. The site technical support and supervision were also included in the scope of work. The project was fast track, where the design is progressing parallel to construction. Moreover, overall plant construction permit obtainment from authority was included.
